By accessing, purchasing, or using any of our services, including the Special Beta Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not proceed with your purchase.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Real Agent Results (All Sport Fanatics) or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, including any additional terms and policies referenced herein.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into binding agreements.

3. Beta Offer Pricing & Structure

As part of our limited-time Beta Offer, you are entitled to the following exclusive pricing:

One-Time Setup Fee: Discounted from $7,997 to $999.25 (75% off).

Monthly Maintenance Fee: Discounted from $997/month to $497/month (50% off).

Billing Structure: Setup payment is due upfront. The first monthly fee of $497 is billed upfront and setup in 30 days or less, with recurring charges each month thereafter.

4. Setup Timeline

Setup and implementation of your AI agent system will be completed within 30 days from the date of initial onboarding and payment. This includes scripting, CRM/calendar integration, agent training, and testing.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and timely information needed to configure your AI system

Respond promptly to our onboarding communications

Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate proprietary systems provided

6. Intellectual Property

All tools, systems, workflows, and AI agents built by Real Agent Results remain the intellectual property of Real Agent Results. You receive a license to use these systems within your business, but do not gain ownership or rights to replicate them outside of your own usage.

7. Payments and Refund Policy

All payments are processed securely and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Due to the nature of the Beta Offer and the custom setup involved, no refunds will be issued once onboarding has begun.

Any failure to pay ongoing monthly fees may result in suspension or termination of service access.

8. Changes to Pricing or Plans

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future versions or plans. Your Beta Offer pricing is locked in for the life of your subscription as long as your account remains active and in good standing.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your AI agent system for breach of these Terms, misuse of services, or failure to meet payment obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Real Agent Results shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of or inability to use our services.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction in which Real Agent Results is registered, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
